Bill is working, but I'm still going to take the kids up for it so we can ohhhh and ahhhhh over all the neat looking poultry there. I'm hoping to meet up with a gal from another poultry site I frequent. Figure we'll be there between 9:30 & 10. Not sure which person I am there? I'll be the the calm mom with the 3 young boys Smiling & Waving, Sharon

We had a great time. When we got there we first went to the back sales area. I was looking for a Dominique rooster for my hen, and some pullets/hens (Mottled Japanese Bantam, Mille Fleur d'Uccle) for our sons 4-H projects. There were absolutely no MJB's there, but quite a few d'Uccles, so Samuel lucked out and picked out a real nice pullet. I missed out on a nice Dominique. The other one there didn't look so hot - legs real thick and toes just weren't right. Better I passed on that one. I could really have done some major buying, but I refrained since then I'd have to go out in this yucky weather we're having and put something together for them to live in. Maybe next year, maybe next year. We walked the rows upon rows of chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, etc. There are some real beautiful birds out there. Had a great time and are looking forward to going again next year. As for pictures, I didn't bring my camera. I can't for the life of me figure out what happened to the battery charger and that's been driving me nuts! Nothing like going down to FL on Saturday and not being able to bring my camera. Oh well, I have a habit of not really doing anything with the pictures anyways. Smiling & Waving, Sharon
